Consultancy on foreign borrowings

Over the last few years more and more borrowers in Ukraine treat raising funds abroad as an alternative method of funding their long-term projects under lower interest rates. Ukrainian companies need significant investment funds to upgrade their production facilities and gain new positions in the market. The following fund raising options may be considered depending on the need in investments:

  • Eurobond issues (for companies in need of financing in excess of USD100 million), or
  • obtaining a syndicated loan.
