Bank’s Shareholders, the Supervisory Council and the Board

The official ceremony of share purchase agreement signing, dedicated to purchase of 51% of shares of JSCIB «UkrSibbank» took place on December, 20 2005. The acquirer was French bank BNP Paribas. 49% of «UkrSibbank’s» shares remained in possession of the initial shareholders. The transaction was concluded on April, 18 2006.
