2021 was especially marked by the persistence of the global health crisis, still affecting our lifestyles and work, but also by a notable economic rebound. In this context, the Group has been fully mobilized to support the recovery of the economy and has been particularly resilient. It also continued to accelerate its digitalisation, confirmed its leadership in sustainable finance, and strengthened its support to its clients’ transition to more sustainable models. This year’s Integrated Report main theme is ‘Bringing you new solutions for a sustainable world’. It expands in particular the Group’s projects and initiatives related to responsible innovation, ecological transition and support for a more inclusive society.

It also outlines the main pillars of the Group’s 2025 GTS (Growth, Technology, Sustainability) strategic plan, while expressing the relevance and uniqueness of its diversified and integrated model.
