Business that changes the country: UKRSIBBANK shares CSR practices internationally
UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group shared its experience internationally and presented the implementation of CSR best practices during a webinar from CSR Black Sea.
The online conversation with representatives of international CSR organizations Armenian Marketing Association, CSR Azerbaijan, Economic Policy Institute Bulgaria, Global Compact Network Bulgaria, The CSR Agency Romania, CSR Turkey, CSR Ukraine included a speech about business adaptation in the fight against COVID-19 speaker from Ukraine, expert on the application of CSR practices in UKRSIBBANK.

A true market leader must ensure a responsible attitude to all and every stakeholder – employees, customers, community, society and environment. This is especially important in the current health care situation, – said Yanina Olkhovska, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group’s Director of Communications, CSR and Engagement. – Moreover, as a bank that cares about socially important aspects, we have focused on supporting medical professionals. Today, in order to limit the spread of coronavirus, we must join all possible efforts. This applies to the personal responsibility of each individual and the responsibility of companies».
During the webinar on behalf of the bank, Yanina Olkhovska shared recommendations for companies on how to meet such force majeure in the future. After all, thanks to previous developments, UKRSIBBANK was able to quickly carry out a digital transformation, introduced flexibility mechanisms that allowed it to quickly adapt to the situation and plan an algorithm for the future.
