Changing the number of customer accounts according NBU

According the requirement of NBU document №89 dated

11.09.2017
, the Bank will be one of the first in Ukrainian market to change the card numbers of customer accounts. Several “transitionsr” has already finished, the next will hold from 14 to 15 September.

All customers whose card account numbers will be changed should receive messages. Also, the changing of accounts may lead to temporary inconvenience with transactions with bank cards at terminals, ATMs, cash registers and Internet, UKRSIB online as well.

At the same time, bank automatically will open new card accounts for clients according conditions of the previous account: all account balances, overdraft limits, limits on payment cards / accounts, services, tariff conditions etc.
