New UkrSibbank-Founded Asset Management Company: the Non-State Pension Fund Administrator “UkrSib Capital Management”

The goal of this company is to enhance transparency and efficiency, as well as to improve the quality of services offered to clients of UkrSibbank.

UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group is pursuing its long-term plan of expansion of Ukraine’s stock market, in particular the market of institutional investors’ assets management. The Asset Management Company — Non-State Pension Fund Administrator “UkrSib Capital Management” has been founded for this purpose. The goal of this company is to enhance transparency and efficiency, as well as to improve the quality of services offered to clients of UkrSibbank.

Along with the existing AMC PFA “UkrSib Asset Management,” the new company’s activities will be aimed at diversifying business and rendering a wide range of services on the stock market.

AMC PFA “UkrSib Asset Management” has been on the asset management market for more than 10 years, steadily gaining leading positions. The “Expert-Rating” agency has assessed the infrastructure reliability of JSC “AMC PFA “UkrSib Asset Management” at ua.AA+.amc (a very high level of reliability). Thanks to the company’s performance, all participants of market investment funds have received significant revenues. As of 1 January 2014, the company is managing 8 investment and 2 non-state pension funds with total assets worth UAH 665 million.
