One month will be a charity event “Silver Coin” from UKRSIBBANK

More than 170 000 UAH managed to collect for two months a charitable action “Silver coin” — a joint initiative of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group and All ukrainian charitable organization “Down Syndrome”.

UKRSIBBANK as a bank of the future is on the wave of positive changes shaping the world view of its clients and employees around the noble acts. This is how we educate the younger generation in harmonious development with our peers, support the initiatives of the UBD “Down Syndrome” to create all the conditions for the formation of a tolerant society, is ready not only to change but also to change.

At a time when the issue of new approaches to teaching in the education system was only being mastered by educators and revised in our country, the “Down Syndrome” applied from the very beginning, borrowing from some schools of Western European countries, primarily from Holland.

“A huge work was done — the teachers were constantly looking for new techniques, new approaches, tried, adapted. And the results were not long in coming. Children can read, write and count, skillfully use these skills not only in class, but also in everyday life. — Elena Bolshanina, director of the Allukrainian charitable organization Down Syndrome told. — The main emphasis in the education system within the framework of our project is not to obtain academic knowledge, which after the graduation may be lost, but in acquiring self-service skills and professional skills. After graduating from school, young people will be able to go to work and find a specialty in their interests”.

This year we gather for the organization of an inclusive environment, appreciate the diversity, the unique role of each child, and at the same time allows all children to receive a qualitative level of development and to amaze the world with their talents.

The action will last until October 17 in all branches of the bank. To support the initiative, it is only necessary to find special boxes for almost 300 branches of UKRSIBBANK, make a contribution and receive a symbolic gift with the sticker “I SUPPORT!”.
