Online onboarding for new customers of UKRSIBBANK
In May, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group offered potential customers the opportunity to open a bank account online through the UKRSIB online and receive a New Card payment card with a 5% cashback for purchases on the Internet. Already more than 5 000 potential customers have downloaded the application, and several hundred have received payment cards.

The introduction of relevant functions in our UKRSIB online Internet banking allows us, on the one hand, to increase our customer base. And on the other, to increase the level of NPS clients, since we are seeing an active demand for high-quality non-cash payments”.
So, according to the NBU, in the first quarter of 2020, the number of cashless transactions compared to the same period in 2019 increased
by 24.5%
To order a card and receive a cashback you only need 10 minutes in the UKRSIB online application, which can be downloaded both on the App Store and Google Play, put a “new client” mark, provide a photo of documents (passport, TIN) and fill out a short online application. Note that now the bank is developing the ability to deliver cards to the address chosen by the client.
