«Silver coin»: the energy of the family is the future of the child

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group together with the All-Ukrainian charitable organization «Down Syndrome» is launching the annual charity campaign «Silver Coin».

Despite the chalanges of modern realities, UKRSIBBANK continues to help those who is in need and supports long-term charitable projects.

This year, from September 19 to December 19, together with the charitable organization «Down Syndrome», we are launching a fund-raising project to provide psychological support to the families of children with Down syndrome in Ukraine during the martial law. The collected funds will be used to provide families with qualified psychological assistance so that they have opportunities to restore their internal resources and continue to develop their children. Individual or group online and offline psychological consultations are organized for parents from different regions of Ukraine.

The upbringing and development of children with Down syndrome requires the emotional stability of parents. We understand how difficult it is in today’s conditions to find the strength and give it to children. The break in development can lead to the loss of those achievements that parents achieved day after day with hard work and dedication. We have been supporting this charitable initiative for many years. Only in the last 5 years, together with our clients, we have collected more than 1 million hryvnias. All clients and visitors of UKRSIBBANK branches in Ukraine, except for territories with active hostilities, can take part in the campaign.

It is possible to join the project:

• by making a cash contribution to BOXES located in 185 of our branches;
• by scanning the QR code from the BOXES and transferring the funds to the account of the “Down Syndrome” Charitable Organization;
• by transferring through UKRSIB online (for bank clients).

There is also an opportunity to help such children by issuing a «Silver Coin» payment card.
