The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC “UkrSibbank”

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC “UkrSibbank” took place on the 23rd of April 2013.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC “UkrSibbank” took place on the 23rd of April 2013.

Shareholders approved annual financial statements, distribution of profit, and adopted amendments to the Charter aimed at streamlining and improving the bank’s governance structure.

AGM also elected the members of the Supervisory Council of JSC “UkrSibbank”. Thus, Jean-Paul Sabet has replaced Camille Fohl as the Chairman of the Supervisory Council. Jean-Paul Sabet, Deputy Head of the International Retail Banking of BNP Paribas Group, has been working as a senior executive in the Group for over 10 years. Camille Fohl is leaving the Supervisory Council of JSC “UkrSibbank” due to a new appointment within the BNP Paribas Group.

Thus, the members of the Supervisory Council of JSC “UkrSibbank”, approved on the 23rd of April 2013, will be as follows::

• Jean-Paul Sabet — Chairman of the Supervisory Council;
• Jean Lemierre — Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Council;
• Rosa Sacre — Member of the Supervisory Council;
• Dominique Menu — Member of the Supervisory Council;
• Alain Fonteneau — Member of the Supervisory Council;
• Stéphane Mouy — Member of the Supervisory Council;
• Nick Tesseyman — Member of the Supervisory Council;
• Jean Deullin — Member of the Supervisory Council.
