The School of Manager: UKRSIBBANK invests in the development of powerful leaders

47 employees of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group have graduated from the professional development program “School of Manager”, and are successfully implementing the principles of positive management in their projects and work teams.

By creating the best place to work, UKRSIBBANK actively invests in the development of effective leaders and complies with the international certification of the Top Employer Institute. Thanks to the modular professional development program, the School of Manager has been improving the skills of managing people and resources among managers working with teams for the seventh year in a row. This year, the fourth training and fifth graduation modules took place online.

Over the years, the program has grown into a communication platform that brings together creative, ambitious, proactive and responsible employees. Already during their studies, they form a network of business contacts with various departments, exchange experiences and unite in temporary teams to perform work tasks.

“We systematically work on HR processes, employer brand and actively invest in training our employees. The School of Managers is one of the formats for the development of managerial and leadership skills. Over the years of this modular program, hundreds of our employees had been train, many of whom had been appointe to management positions. This year, my team launched three new programs for the formation of Data, Digital, Agile competencies. And this is the continuation of work to support teamwork, the development of leaders in professional groups and the next step towards the implementation of training and retraining programs for our employees.
