Ukrainian companies are becoming open for teenagers: the start of the OPEN FOR TEENS project
UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group has become a partner of the launch of the “ldOPEN FOR TEENS”* educational project of “the Center for CSR Development”. In November, teenagers from across the country can learn more about the banking industry and ask their questions to top managers of an international bank. The authors of the most interesting questions will be invited to a personal meeting with a top manager.
The goal of the OPEN FOR TEENS project is to acquaint young people with various professional fields and the work of companies in Ukraine, to create an opportunity for the exchange of experience between specialists and students, and to inspire students to consciously choose their future profession. The first company, top managers who will communicate with teenagers, was the UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.
To participate in the project, teens can write their questions to the bank on any topic on the careerhub.in.ua/O4T platform in the OPEN FOR TEENS section. Within a month, specialists and top managers of the bank will publish their answers on the OPEN FOR TEENS pages on Facebook and Instagram. The authors of the three best questions from any region of Ukraine will visit the company and will be able to personally communicate with top managers of the bank.
In conclusion, all interested teenagers will be able to take part in the quiz “What do I know about the UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group?” And win prizes from the company.

We want to show the children examples of leading companies and give the opportunity to communicate with successful specialists and top managers in various fields. We started the OPEN FOR TEENS project and urge companies to join it and become more open to children and teenagers, because your future employees and customers, the future of Ukraine may be among them,” — said Marina Saprykina, Chairman of the Board for the Development of CSR Center.

*— “Open for Teens” is a project of the Center for the Development of Corporate Social Responsibility, which is conducted jointly with Ukrainian companies. The project introduces adolescents to various business areas and professions that are relevant to a particular industry.
