UKRSIBBANK and Radar Tech Popcorp accelerator winner will be announced on November 14

November 14, 2018 at the DEMO DAY program for startups Popcorp accelerator, organized by the UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group and Radar Tech, will be announced the winner. In the final of the project it will be known which teams will be able to start a commercial partnership with the UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.

“This time we will hold not only the classic for all DEMO DAY accelerators, but also discuss with our partners from the Ukrainian and European startup scene about the role of corporate innovation, challenges and successes of the local ecosystem&rdqup; — comments the Chairman of the Board of Radar Tech, Maxim Bakhmatov.

As part of the final DEMO DAY, panel discussions and workshops will be held with the participation of representatives of Ukrainian and European accelerators, international experts in the digitalization of the financial sector and leaders of corporate innovation in Ukraine.

In particular, the advantages of large companies working with start-ups are Valerie Eymard, Head of Innovation and Digital Transformation BNP Paribas IRB and Konstantin Lezhnin — Deputy Chairman of the Board for the retail business of the UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.

Guests of DEMO DAY will be able to see solutions that have undergone acceleration in a special demonstration area.

Recall that 102 applications were submitted for participation in the accelerator, of which 34 teams went to the semifinal stage — pre-acceleration and 12 — in the acceleration program.

During the acceleration program, participants strengthened their knowledge of doing business, received expert advice from mentors, tested their solutions in practice and learned how to adapt their solutions to the needs of the business.

All the finalists had the opportunity to launch a pilot project of their solution based on the UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group and receive feedback from the bank mentors. Some of them will be able to launch commercially with UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group and resources for its implementation
