UKRSIBBANK appointed the Chairman of Supervisory Council
Francois Benaroya replaced Jean-Paul Sabet as the Chairman of Supervisory Council of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group. This decision was made at an additional general meeting of shareholders, held on February 2, 2018.
Francois Benaroya has a great international experience in BNP Paribas Group. For now, he is responsible for Group business development in Poland, Turkey, and Ukraine. Before, Francois held the position Head of Integration in Poland and Head of Retail Banking at BGZ BNP Paribas for three years. In 2008-2011 he headed Retail business in UKRSIBBANK. François Benaroya said: “I am extremely pleased to work with UKRSIBBANK again. I am confident in the solid future of our bank and in its positive high results. UKRSIBBANK will follow his strategy of bank supporting the Ukrainian economy in a sustainable manner, and will continue to provide the best products and service for our customers, leveraging the unique opportunities provided by BNP Paribas and its presence in 75 countries.”
Jean-Paul Sabet took the position of the Chairman of Supervisory Council of UKRSIBBANK since April 2013. And he will continue his international career in BNP Paribas Group. Jean Paul Sabet said: “It was really a pleasure to work with Ukrsibbank, and to be part of the successful transformation of one of the largest banks in Ukraine. I would like to thank all Ukrsibbank employees for their work and commitment to our clients, and wish them all the best in the next stages of the development of the bank within the BNP Paribas Group.”
Also, General Meeting of Shareholders elected the members of Supervisory Council of UKRSIBBANK.
