UKRSIBBANK held a series of online meetings of retail network employees with business leaders
UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group held a series of 6 interactive online meetings with more than 600 colleagues as part of the ninth Retail Road Show. Its format included meetings of retail network staff with business leaders to share knowledge, experience and plans for the future.
This year, to ensure employees’ safety and follow sanitary rules, for the first time the Road Show meetings were held online, which allowed more employees to participate in the meetings, ask questions to top managers about development plans and express their opinion.
Such meetings enable developing a corporate culture of trust, conducting an open dialogue with managers in the regions, who are eager to share new ideas, vision of strategy and plans for the future. On the other hand, retail employees may share information about what solutions and services the customers need to develop their business, which in turn will improve customer service and customer experience.
