UKRSIBBANK held an annual conference of top managers of the Future bank for the future world
On December 4 – 5, an annual conference of top managers of the UKRSIBBANK was held in Kiev. It was a mix of speeches by business unit managers on market achievements and plans, presentations on the implementation of Engagement Camp ideas – projects of our employees that have a positive effect on society and the environment, expert opinions of market leaders “What exactly customers want” and “How to become a bank of the future”, reviews of current customers: what they like to maintain, and what they should develop, and also exciting and interactive presentations of our strategic projects and finalists of the Popcorp accelerator program.
UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group Chairman of the Board Philippe Dumel thanked everyone for their effective work and stressed that this year the bank’s team showed the highest financial results among the IRB countries. And as added by the special guest of the conference, Francois Benaroy – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UKRSIBBANK, we probably showed a high result in the group as a “universal bank”.
“Over the past 8 years, our bank has taken incredibly successful steps, which has changed our entire business model. It was a real reboot and now, thanks to the dedicated work of every UKRSIBBANK employee, each business line of the bank is profitable and is actively developing, said Philippe Dumel. – We are actively working on the implementation of strategic projects. And today we are a profitable organization. But in order to maintain our momentum, we must not just work on projects. And to overcome the extra mile – this is what will allow us to be sustainable market leaders. At the same time, in a changing world, for sustainable growth, we need to develop projects that can affect society. This is our contribution to the future”.

Konstantin Lezhnin — Deputy Chairman of the Board, spoke about the excellent Retail indicators, what new opportunities will soon become available for our clients in UKRSIB online, about updating the Retail structure in the regions, network development strategy, PREMIUM banking and SMB prospects, and more how collaboration with startups helps us become the bank of the future.
Hans Broucke — Deputy Chairman of the Board, Head of the Corporate Business Department spoke about the results of servicing large companies: international and local, the agricultural sector and the unique growth opportunities that the Group gives us.
Volodymyr Radin — Deputy Chairman of the Board, Director of Consumer Lending for a video message, spoke about the challenges of this year, the importance of NPS both among clients and employees, and how the PF team manages to achieve sustainable positive results. And his presentation was supplemented by interesting speeches by Julien Calvar, Director of Consumer Lending Operations, and Taras Blashanevich, Head of Client Solutions.
Dmitry Tsapenko Deputy Chairman of the Board – Director of the Treasury and Capital Markets focused on the development of the market environment, the foreign exchange market, the aspects of interest rates, liquidity, high financial results and objectives.
