UKRSIBBANK is in list of the Forbes rating “50 Best Employers 2022”

For the second year in a row, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group has been listed in the “50 Best Employers 2022 in Ukraine” rating by the leading business magazine Forbes (Ukraine).

The rating has listed in partnership with the job search site Work.ua based on questionnaires filled out anonymously by employees of companies, assessments of labor market experts and information from open sources. UKRSIBBANK received the highest scores for information openness, a sense of protection among employees, development opportunities and a social package.

Creating a good place to work is one of the strategic goal of UKRSIBBANK. In 2020 and 2021, UKRSIBBANK received the international certification of Top Employer Institute and was recognized as the best employer in Ukraine and Europe – Top Employer. UKRSIBBANK is the one bank that has such an international certification on the Ukrainian market. In general, just seven international companies that operates in Ukraine have the status of Top Employer 2021.
