UKRSIBBANK is one of the best employers in Ukrainian financial sector

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group is in the TOP-3 best employers of the Ukrainian financial sector according to the results of independent and comprehensive Randstad Employer Brand Research.

For almost two decades, Randstad has been researching the attractiveness of the employer brand, studying and analyzing employee sentiment around the world. This year, more than 185,000 respondents in 33 countries ranked key job selection criteria and rated more than 6,100 employers, covering a total of 75% of the global economy.

The Ukrainian study in 2020 analyzed answers of 7,861 Ukrainians aged 18 to 65. The survey involved both employed representatives of various industries and positions, as well as those who are currently in the process of finding a job. 150 largest employers from the main list were evaluated in Ukraine: 75 Ukrainian and 75 international companies.

The key evaluation criteria were: financial solvency, application of leading technologies, excellent reputation, employment guarantees, career growth, social responsibility, interesting work, pleasant working atmosphere, work-life balance, attractive salary and social package.
