UKRSIBBANK launches virtual cards yePidtrymka

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group has joined the state program yePidtrymka and in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine will now emit virtual cards for crediting financial aid to internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other aids in the future.

To order a virtual card, you need to have an open account with UKRSIBBANK and a downloaded mobile application UKRSIB online. Next, enter UKRSIB online and take next steps.

  • Make sure you use the updated application
  • Press “+” on the main page and select “open card yePidtrymka”
  • Accept the terms of the contract, set-up SMS-informing
  • Confirm the operation with an SMS code.

The card issuance and maintainence is not chargable. Also there is no commission for funds crediting. The card can be used to pay in supermarkets, shopping malls, gas stations, etc via Apple Pay and Google Pay payment applications.Online payments with the card in the Internet and in UKRSIB online are also possible. yePitrymka card can be used to pay for utilities, top up mobiles and make transfers to other bank cards.

Integration of yePidtrymka is within the bank’s innovation and technology development strategy in the sector of digitalization. Last year we supported the NBU’s course towards a non-cash economy. This year, they joined the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and exercised the right of IDP clients to receive the state aid. The state program yePidtrymka covers various social benefits to Ukrainians. In 2021 it was used to transfer payments to the public and businesses during the coronavirus pandemic. At present, the program can also provide financial aid to IDPs and businesses that support the employment of IDPs. To receive the aid, you must apply through the Action application, social security authorities, local authorities or Administrative Services Centre.
