UkrSibbank Named Bank No. 1 in Terms of Net Promoter’s Score in 2014

According to the survey by GfK Ukraine, UkrSibbank was named Bank No.1 in terms of Net Promoter’s Score in Ukraine in the 4th quarter of 2014. It means that the clients of UkrSibbank are willing to recommend their bank more than any other bank in Ukraine.

Clients participating in the survey were asked to assess their willingness to recommend the bank to their family, friends and colleagues assigning points from «0» (meaning «I definitely wouldn’t recommend this bank») to «10» (meaning «I would definitely recommend this bank»). UkrSibbank came in first with the total NPS 39%.
