UKRSIBBANK obtains Top Employers in Ukraine and Europe certification

For the second year in a row, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group has been awarded as the best employer in Ukraine and Europe – Top Employer. Only 7 companies that operate in Ukraine received such recognition, and we are the one bank on this list. The same certification TOP Employer 2021 was obtained by other banks within BNP Paribas Group in Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Turkey.

Top Employer certification has been conducted since 1991 year by the TOP Employers Institute, which uses a single methodology for assessing employers in all countries. So far, more than 1,600 organizations with 7 million employees in 120 countries have been certified.

In general, the TOP Employers’ audit covered 20 topics related to human resources: talent management strategy, human resource planning, new employee adaptation program, training and development, respect for diversity and inclusion, etc. This year, due to the pandemic, the Institute has been particularly careful to evaluate change management practices, organizational culture development, digitalization, employee well-being, and leadership development.
