UKRSIBBANK отмечено как активного подписанта Пакта ради молодежи 2020
Recently, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group has taking an active part in signing the Pact for Youth in Ukraine – 2020, initiated and realized by the Center for CSR Development: the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the United Nations Population Fund.
During the three years of the implementation of the Pact for Youth in Ukraine – 2020, more than 32 000 places have been created for internship and youth work. A total of 123 companies from different regions of Ukraine signed the agreement, as well as more than five hundred partnerships joined from educational institutions.
Marina Saprykina, Head of CSR Ukraine (Center for CSR Development) noted: “CSR Ukraine, as an expert organization that promotes the principles of sustainable development and social responsibility of business, three years ago joined the European initiative — the Pact for Youth in Ukraine, and together with its partners founded Ukrainian program. By signing the Covenant, companies have three obligations:
- to create new jobs for young people;
- develop new partnership programs with universities;
- involve staff in career mentoring.
It is important that companies fulfill their obligations and report on progress every year”.
The active participation of companies in joining the Pact for Youth in Ukraine – 2020 demonstrates the empowerment of young people in the labor market, the ability to plan a career starting at school and achieve success in their professional life. “UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group — the bank of positive changes.
