UKRSIBBANK reduces printed receipt size almost halves

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group reduces the size of the check printed in POS terminals when customers pay for goods and services in the retail network.

Very soon, at POS-terminals UKRSIBBANK, almost half will reduce the size of the printed receipt. In this case, all the necessary data is saved. For this, the bank worked with deviations and reduced the font size.

By reducing the size of the check, or by refusing the check in ATM, we care about the environment and the preservation of natural resources, – said Konstantin Lezhnin, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Retail Business at UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.

This year UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group became the official partner in Ukraine of the global Mastercard initiative – Priceless Planet Coalition – uniting the efforts of consumers, financial institutions, merchants and cities in the fight against climate change. Due to their daily contactless NFC payments with Mastercard, UKRSIBBANK customers are contributing to reforestation and prevention of global warming. For this the bank allocates funds for planting 75 thousand trees in forests important for the planet.
