UKRSIBBANK Shorlisted in Two Prestigious Categories at the Loyalty Magazine Awards 2018

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, a leader in banking sector in Eastern Europe has been recognized as a finalist in two prestigious categories Best Loyalty Programme of the Year — Financial Services and Loyalty Without a Name by Loyalty Magazine Awards for the exceptional loyalty project that was carried out as Ochevygoda Rewarding Platform. UKRSIBBANK is the first commercial bank from Ukraine which has been honored as a nominee at the Loyalty Magazine Awards, that recognizes innovation and special achievement in loyalty marketing. The shortlist was decided from over 200 entries this year from around the globe.

UKRSIBBANK collaborated with Ketchup Loyalty Marketing, a global leader in loyalty marketing and awarded for the world’s most successful loyalty projects, for consultancy, implementation and program management during this project. Ochevygoda Rewarding Platform’s main target was encouraging debit card customers to use their cards at merchant points instead of cash. On the occasion, UKRSIBBANK (Head of Retail Konstantin Lezhnin) indicated that: “It is a great honour to be shortlisted for UKRSIBBANK’s dedication and hard work. Customer loyalty is one of the most important elements for success in banking. Our aim is to provide the best service for our customers in every aspect and to make them feel that they are valuable as a part of our bank. The platform communicates its campaign information and beneficiaries through SMS and landing page. Customers who achieve their targets, receive digital vouchers in order to spend among various merchants in Ukraine. These campaigns have already generated millions of debit card transactions so far.

The awards, judged by a panel of leading loyalty management professionals, are presented every year in London. The ceremony will take place at The Tower of London and the best examples of loyalty management in Europe, Middle East and Africa will be competing to be awarded on June 19, 2018.
