UkrSibbank To Increase its Capital by UAH 3.29 billion

As announced in Autumn 2015, the subscription period of the capital increase of Ukrsibbank has ended on Wednesday 3rd February. As a result, BNP Paribas SA and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development have increased the share capital of the bank for an amount of UAH 3.29 billion.
