UkrSibbank to open new contact center in Poltava

On October 6 UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group opened new contact center in Poltava to ensure high-quality information support of 2.3 million clients of UkrSibbank in Ukraine.

“Every month UkrSibbank Contact Center receives more than 450 thousand calls and about 12 thousand personal finance applications,” said Tetiana Chekhovska, Head of Poltava Regional Division of the Contact Center of UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group. “Every day we improve service quality and culture. It is confirmed by a number of national and international prestigious awards our contact center has received”.

The “Crystal headset”, a prestigious international rating of call centers, ranked UkrSibbank Contact Center in 2011 and 2013 as the best medium size contact center (up to 200 operators) in the CIS and Eastern Europe countries.

Following the strategy of systematic expansion and improving the quality of clients’ servicing, UkrSibbank keeps developing which is evidenced by 90 new jobs offered for young professionals.
