Youth builds a professional future with UKRSIBBANK and UGEN

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group became a partner of the 5-day UGEN Challenge IT for youth. Every day, UGEN Challenge IT participants pumped their soft skills, completing various tasks online, received new knowledge and gifts.

UKRSIBBANK experts shared relevant knowledge and expertise of an international bank. So, about the “Challenges and Trends of IT Banking in the Present Conditions”, as well as the skills and abilities of the future, the project participants were told by Alexander Moroz, head of the payment card processing department UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group. After this online meeting, the participants of Challenge IT completed the task, the authors of the first three faithful received prizes from the bank.

Of particular interest among young people was the panel discussion “The IT market during the quarantine period. Successful cases of establishing remote team work. What transformations will await us”, where the expertise was shared by Iryna Levchenko, HR business partner of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.

For the second year in a row, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group has been collaborating with the youth organization UGEN and joining various events with youth.

“In a world that is constantly changing, it’s important for me personally to understand what our future will be like. This allows you to choose the optimal direction for further development. And our future is precisely our youth. Working with boys and girls, I see our tomorrow in their eyes. This motivates change and provides an understanding of what needs to be done today. In this sense, youth is my best teacher,”said Alexander Moroz, head of the UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group payment card processing department, speaker of UGEN Challenge IT.
