UKRSIBBANK has supported the educational project «IT for Uni: Bootcamp 2.0» from IT Ukraine Association
Supported by UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, the Ministry of Education and Science, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the educational project for heads of higher educational institutions in management and administration based on the IT-industry example – «IT for Unit: Bootcamp 2.0» has been launched by the IT Ukraine Association.
The goal of the project is to improve the quality of management of training and educational processes, as well as to increase the qualifications of the education specialists and strengthen the staff potential of Ukraine.
Among the participants of free-of-charge training course there are deans, vice-rectors of structural subdivisions and heads of departments. Totally, 160 participants from 93 Ukrainian higher-education institutions have been selected.
Within 10-week period, the participants will have 10 modules 20 lectures, and 10 workshops on current topics. In particular, they will talk about modern tools for building educations programs, managing people, resources and teamwork, they will learn what projects management and effective communication, marketing, leadership and communication skills of a successful manager are. They will discuss the digitalization of educational processes, the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process, International cooperation and modern business, as well as educational trends for 2024-2025.
On 13 and 14 May, Yuliia Zembal, head of Recruitment Unit at UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, will share expertise on two topics: «Put together: how to recruit an effective top-performers’ team», and «Retain»: how to develop and work with motivation of a successful and autonomous team. Particularly, in the first lecture, Yuliia will tell how to get prepared to the recruitment process: scorecards, a winning job description, optimal phasing, how to pitch one’s role during interview with applicants, and how not to make mistakes during the in interview. The second lecture will reveal the stages and practices of an employee’s adaptation within the team, the development, theory and motivation tools, retention and how to dismiss ecologically.
UKRSIBBANK always actively joins the education-related initiatives. Having supported the IT Association project, we are convinced that our expertise and experience will help improving the quality of management in Ukrainian higher-education institutions and the development of staff potential. We are proud to be able to contribute to this educational initiative, helping managers master modern management tools and develop an efficient team.
UKRSIBBANK has been supporting this education project for the second time. In 2023 «IT for Uni: Bootcamp» united 125 participants from 80 higher-educational institutions. During the training course, 20 hours of webinars and workshop have been held, which have been attended by 16 speakers from Ukraine, USA, Great Britain, and Germany.
