UKRSIBBANK successfully tested bank’s systems and additional backup service channels

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group tested the bank’s systems that are involved in customer service in order to be more ready even for long-term blackouts.

On the 15th of October 2023, at 3:00 to 11:00 am on the Kyiv time, the bank tested the scenario of a complete power outage and the possibility of quickly recovering the operation of all systems to ensure uninterrupted customer service. Also the bank switched from two data-centers in Ukraine to backup one abroad.

While testing the scenario of a complete power outage, the bank worked out various possible scenarios of the emergency events in Ukraine and measures to counter them. So, even in conditions of complete lack of electricity and possible long-term blackouts, the bank will be able to quickly recover all service systems, customers will continue to use banking services without interruption, and all personal data will be reliably protected.
