Customer service in case of a possible long-term blackout
UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group operates continuously, provides payments to customers, provides financial services to individuals, entrepreneurs and large corporate businesses.
Currently, in the conditions of planned and emergency blackouts in various cities of Ukraine, the Bank uses backup power channels to continue customer service in all its branches when there is power and internet connection (more than 50% of our branches are equipped with generators).
In case of a long blackout, in accordance with the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine, the Bank has identified 82 strategic branches, the work of which will be ensured in the first place. Such branches are equipped with all the necessary and several communication channels to ensure continuous work in the absence of electricity.
In addition to the implemented measures, the Bank is purchasing more powerful generators and alternative (independent of local providers) communication tools. If your service branch is not open during a long-term blackout, you will be offered service at one of the alternate branches listed below.
At the same time, we recommend conducting financial transactions in secure internet banking UKRSIB online and UKRSIB business. UKRSIBBANK is actively developing remote service delivery channels, these systems are autonomous.
