UKRSIBBANK lends to Small-and-Medium-sized businesses under the State program «Affordable loans 5-7-9»

Entrepreneurs of the Medium-and-Small businesses can get a loan from UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group to replenish working capital within the State program «Affordable loans 5-7-9», implemented by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

Basic conditions to obtain financing:

  • the Borrower must cooperate with the Bank for more than 3 month-period;

  • the Client and collateral are located in the territories of Zakarpattia-, Lviv-, Ivano-Frankivsk-, Chernivtsi-, Volyn-, Rivne-, Ternopil-, Khmelnytskyi-, Vinnytsia-, Zhytomyr-, Kyiv-, Cherkasy-, Kirovohrad- and Poltava- Regions, the other regions shall be excluded;

  • the Borrower and the participants of the forthcoming agreement shall neither cooperate nor have any relations with States that carry out armed aggression against Ukraine;

  • no restructuring and/or prolongation has been carried out at the enterprise during the martial law period;

  • the Borrower should have positive dynamics of proceeds for the last 12 months onto all accounts in all banks as well as a sufficient amount of proceeds in UKRSIBBANK.

 

The effective interest rate under this program is 20% annual, while the Client itself pays only 13%, and the rest is compensated by the State.

If financing is provided under the Program’s priority direction, the Client, on its own, shall pay from 7 %

Financing of Micro-, Small-, Medium- and Large-sized enterprises (MSMEs) operating in the processing industry under all KVEDs of Section C of the National Classifier of Ukraine.

Reconstruction of the basic means of Micro-, Small-, Medium-, and Large enterprises destroyed as a result of military aggression.

The «Affordable Loans 5-7-9» program helps Businesses cope with consequences of the military invasion, support their entrepot, employees and thereof families, the Country’s economy, and at the same time bring Ukraine’s victory closer. Legal entities can take advantage of easy-terms lending, where the State compensates a part of the charged interest, depending on the size of the Business entity and the financing business-line.

Earlier, under this program, the Bank had financed 315 Clients for the amount of UAH 861.7 million, which is 30.5% of the pre-war credit portfolio of the Medium-and-Small businesses.

This time, UKRSIBBANK will provide lending to Business for replenishing their working capital. This will help Businesses paying wages to employees timely, making settlements with the  Budget, and maintaining operation activity.
