UKRSIBBANK was included in the top 50 employers of Ukraine according to Forbes Ukraine
UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group was included in the list of the best employers in the country according to Forbes Ukraine. The Bank became the only financial institution with international investments in the rating and entered the top three leaders among banking institutions.
For the fourth time the publication conducts a survey of employers, this is the second rating throughout the large-scale war, and the most extensive during the entire period of conducting thereof. To prepare the Forbes rating, questionnaires were sent to the largest employers, as well as to all concerned parties were given the opportunity to apply for participation.
The employees’ answers make up 70 % of weight in the final assessment. Another 20 % is the assessment of recruitment experts and profile editors of Forbes Ukraine, 10 % is based on information obtain from public sources. UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group received 67 points.

Also, according to the results of the research, the Company employees have become more loyal to their employers. In particular, the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the year-period has increased by 10 percentage points (p.p.), up to 78 %.
We would like to remind you that earlier UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group took the first place in the reliability rating of retail banks of Ukraine by the business publication «Focus». The Bank also won first place in the «Sustainable Bank» and «Best Premium Card» nominations, as well as became the bronze winner in the «Best Bank for Entrepreneurs customers» nomination within the annual FinAwards award from Minfin.com.ua, and Finance.ua.
