UKRSIBBANK joined a large-scale conference on IT-education in Ukraine
This year’s Synergy two-day event. IT-Business & IT-Education: 10th Anniversary edition, initiated by IT Ukraine Association with the support by UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group and Partners, united an incredible number of participants and speakers, representing leaders of IT-business, corporate and public sectors, as well as successful Ukrainian EdTech startups.
In the scope of the Conference, UKRSIBBANK experts took part in panel discussions and workshops, where trends and prospects for the development of the global IT-education market, the synergy of education and innovation, as well as plans for the development of IT education in Ukraine for 2024 were discussed. Training is a key aspect in business development and creating a successful future. Even the Bank today cannot create quality products without proper IT-education, and continuous development of the employees’ skills.

This year’s Synergy. IT-Business & IT-Education also had a charitable component. 100% of all funds collected from the sale of tickets will be transferred to the IT Ukraine Association for the purchase of vehicles for defenders in the «Tempered Hundred» Project, implemented by the non-Governmental Organization «Tempered Hearts».
