From Science to IT Business: Olena Samborska in the first episode of «Frankly about IT»

The IT Ukraine Association announces the release of the first episode of the «Frankly about IT» podcast. UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group is a general partner of this project.

We have decided not to keep quiet who will be the guest of the opening episode!

The release of the first episode is already on Friday, March 31, 2023 on of the IT Ukraine Association YouTube channel, as well as on all Urban Space Radio streaming platforms. In the first episode of «Frankly about IT» – a woman, a manager, a balanced and wise leader – Olena Samborska, president of the IT Ukraine Association, Managing Director/HR Operations Director of Luxoft Ukraine.

Olena Samborska is the first female head of the IT Ukraine Association with 16+ years of experience in the HR field. She has developed teams of up to 3,000 people, but it was not always like that.

The hosts of the podcast, Nadiya Gulchuk, Head of Urban Space Radio, and Dmytro Melnykovych, Vice-president of the Association’s PR and Personal brand expert, will discuss with Olena inspiring career and private issues:

• how knowledge of biology and physics helped to become successful in the IT business;
• how to learn to delegate and not burn out;
• how to live in the world of stereotypes and not lose motivation and time for yourself.
