UKRSIBBANK’s scheduled system update: integration of a modern standard

On the weekends, from 23:50 15 March 2024 UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group is upgrading the bank’s internal system, which will strengthen the tools for cybersecurity, compliance and safety of personal data of clients, entrepreneurs and organizations, as well as make the bank’s operational processes – the provision of services and services to clients – faster.

Within a specified period of time for our clients will be available or not available such bank’s services:

All card transactions will be available, including: payments in the trade and service network (except for the «Payments in instalments» loan), cash withdrawals from ATMs, payments on the Internet, transfers from the card, but only within the limits of the funds and the established limits as of 23:30 on Friday, 15 March.»
The exception is that at this time credit card «Payment in installments» operations will be unavailable and cash withdrawals may not be available during the system update.
Payments and transfers will not be available in the UKRSIB online application. Changing card limits, blocking and unblocking cards, opening new accounts and other services will also be unavailable. During the system update, account balances may be displayed incorrectly.
In the UKRSIB business system (for private individuals and legal entities), clients will be able to create documents, and the bank will process them after the technical work is completed. The information in the system may be out of date during this period.
Incoming payments made during the system upgrade will be accepted and processed after the system upgrade.
It will not be possible to change card limits during this period. It is recommended to check the adequacy of the established limits.
POS-terminals and ATMs of the bank will be available.

Please note that if you have any financial transactions planned for this time, as well as payments via connected auto-payments, such as mobile top-ups, Internet, TV, utility bills, etc., it is recommended to make payments in advance and, in case of financial transactions, inform your customers and partners as necessary.

After the system update, on Monday 18 March all client functions will be restored: correct balances and payment histories will be displayed, account transactions will be available, and deposit and credit accounts will be able to open or close.
