Seminars «Women in Business 2023» from UKRSIBBANK: more than 10 000 women-entrepreneurs have received valuable knowledge
UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group has completed an annual series of free educational seminars within the Program «Women in business 2023», the purpose of which is to support women-entrepreneurs who wish to start or develop their own business and provide them with additional knowledge.
For more than a month, successful business ladies shared the particularities of doing business with Ukrainian women-entrepreneurs using the online format. Tetiana Izmailova, a business-adviser, a teacher at the Kyiv School of Economics, introduced the participants to business-processes and their logical framework. Tetiana Lukyniuk, a B2C director of Kyivstar, explained the principles of creating a highly effective team. Maria Nazarenko, a marketing-, and e-commerce director of COMFY, shared the secrets of marketing adaptation during wartime. Iryna Storozhko, a specialist in strategic marketing, CSO at the GreenSky agency, told about SMM-trends and digital marketing tools. Maria Domchak, an owner of Fast Line Group, a co-owner of the tm.ksenija Group of Companies, introduced the participants to the features of the financial component for doing their own business. Tetiana Shelest, a co-founder of the International Company “SheMax Company Ukraine”, opened the secrets of successful sales, and Myroslava Kozachuk, an owner and the CEO of Franchise Group, spoke about the franchising opportunities.
