Temporary unavailability of bank services 19.05-20.05

Dear Customers! We inform that in order to improve the work of the bank services, a number of technical works will be carried out:

• from 09:00 to 11:00 19.05.2018 possible delays in delivery of messages (SMS / Viber) and processing of SMS-requests;
• from 22:00 19.05.2018 to 04:00 20.05.2018 the bank’s web-sites and the Internet banking system UKRSIB online, StarAccess will be inaccessible;
• From 04:00 to 08:00, 20.05.2018 UKRSIB online will work in limited mode. Card and account transactions, including those that were carried out when applying to the bank’s information line, will be processed in the morning.
