Transition to a new Service System at UKRSIBBANK

From 11:50 p.m. on November 10 to 11:00 a.m. on November 11, a partial transfer of account data of the Customers who have their credit cards with UKRSIBBANK to the more modern and secure system will take place.

In the course of the above transition the eventual interruptions and delays in displaying of the current balance and operations’ history on all bank cards, in changing limits and blocking or activating cards in UKRSIB online, delays and interruptions in the operation of the UKRSIB business system and services, may occur. Also, during this time the voice menu will not be available when calling 729 to individual checking the account-related information.

At the same time, notifications on transactions from payment cards will continue operating without delays. It will be possible to settle and make transactions on the account, withdraw cash from ATMs only within the limits of the funds displayed on the card accounts at the beginning of the data transfer.

After the data transfer to the new, more up-to-date, and secure system, the Bank’s Customers who have their credit cards will be able to change limits on credit-card transactions, block and unblock thereof, view and change the code word, directly in the UKRSIB online application.

Please note that from 11:50 p.m. on November 10 to 12:50 a.m. on November 11, the following services will not operate:
— card services: all card payments and cash withdrawals at any ATMs;
— the Bank’s ATMs;
— POS-terminals of the Bank in the trade-and-service network;
— registration of the «Payments in instalments» product;
— applying for a loan for goods online and in partner stores.
