Ukraine is the place for plans

In November 2023 UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group has launched campaign «Ukraine is the place for plans» to support aspirations of Ukrainian people to realize their plans, to be their reliable financial partner, to move along with them towards their goals and bring victory of the country closer.

Plans are what drives toward achievements and development. For many Ukrainians, this is a lighthouse showing a way in their lives. Sociological studies show that plans are important for overwhelming majority of Ukrainian people. Around 80% of population admit that they have specific goals and plans for the future, and 42,9 of population are planning the forthcoming day for their children and grandchildren despite the indefinite term of the state of martial law in Ukraine.

Plans are engine of the country

According to data based on various polls, the Ukrainians are actively build-up their plans for future for the next five years. They are, particularly, thinking of the following:

• Reconstruction of Ukraine. Currently the country is working on recovery, which, according to various expert estimates, may last at least 10 years consisting of different stages.
• Own business. According to Opendatabot, one can observe an increase in entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine, many citizens have ambitions to start their own business or a start-up. They see an opportunity to support themselves and their families, create workplaces, increase incomes and investments, and facilitate the country’s economic development.
• Career development. Ambitious plans for their professional development, new skills, professional-, and career development are also of Ukrainians’ concern. Gradually, Ukraine becomes more attractive for foreign investors, which creates additional opportunities for specialists.
• Learning and education. Ukraine has a significant potential in the educational field. Many citizens are planning to get high education or develop their professional skills through training courses, masterclasses, etc.
• Family welfare. Family has always been important part of the Ukrainians’ lives. Many of them are planning future for their families, creation of comfortable conditions, safety, and possibility to obtain a qualitative education and medical services.
• Protection of nature and environment. Ukrainians more often choose taking care of environment and become active participants in the movement for ecological safety and decreasing in negative impact on the nature.
