The event gathered hundreds of ambitious women, including entrepreneurs, volunteers, leaders, and representatives from various sectors of the economy, showcasing the multifaceted nature of women’s leadership.
In our time, women’s leadership is gaining momentum and becoming the norm. This is crucial, as gender equality in the business environment creates a balance in decision-making. Men and women are experienced differently, which enhances organizational flexibility, rapid adaptation to challenges, sustainable development, and growth.
Today, we see how new Ukrainian women's leadership continues to form: defenders, volunteers, entrepreneurs, company heads who run common with their husbands business, take care of employees and their families, or defend the country. And I believe that this is the basis of the future development of Ukraine. We see women's request for development, mastery of new behavior patterns and roles in society. Back in 2019, we created the "Women in Business" support program for women in business, the goal of which is to give knowledge to young and brave entrepreneurs on how to start their business, and to experienced ones on how to scale it.
