UKRSIBBANK entered the TOP-25 Employers rating among the non-IT-companies

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group entered the annual STUD-POINT rating of the TOP-25 Employers among non-IT companies open to talents under 25 years of age.

UKRSIBBANK actively cooperates with young people, has various development programs and career opportunities. In particular, the project «Stars at the start». This is an internship program in which a student completes a task under the guidance of a mentor within a four-month period. Most of the «stars» remain in the Bank, many of them enter the Talent Development Program and pursue a career in the Bank or in other countries of the BNP Paribas Group. The internship program will help Branch employees without work experience. And in the UKRSIB Praktyka Online launched in 2020, professional Bank managers will help students of the 1st-5th courses of the «Finance, Banking and Insurance» to decide on their future professional area and test their abilities. The training course consists of seven interactive units including questions and videos. Upon completion thereof the participants receive a certificate.

The community’s website says that annually year STUD-POINT recognizes 25 Ukrainian companies cooperating with young people under 25: the Companies organize educational events, take part in career events, and invite them to internship and job. The purpose of the award is to promote the development of the Employer’s brand and motivate companies to communicate more with young talents and attract them to the team of the best. The rating is formed based on the respective questionnaire. All questions therein relate to cooperation with young talents and employment opportunities for students and university graduates in the company. The professional juries select the winners.
