UKRSIBBANK entered the TOP 5 of the «Best Employer 2023» rating by UGEN

In August-September 2023, the UGEN agency conducted a survey among students about the best Employer and UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group entered the TOP-5 rating among banking-sector companies.

«Our agency team conducted a survey of Ukrainian young people in September and collected 1,546 responses. The respondents’ audience: 50.30% specializing in social sciences, 52.02% are employed in Ukrainian companies, have no work experience, or thereof experience is under 3 years», — the survey initiators share information.

For many years at a run, UKRSIBBANK has been implementing programs for students — internships and online practice to motivate talented young people and involve them in the development of the Ukrainian banking sector. Most of the project participants stay working at the Bank or enter the Talent Development Program and pursue a career in UKRSIBBANK or in other countries of the BNP Paribas Group.

Thus, the Bank held the IT Security Champ 2022 case championship, in which the best participants received an invitation to an interview with the subsequent opportunity to be employed by the Bank. This is an opportunity for the students of the 4th– 6th year and the graduates specializing in cyber security, software engineering, applied mathematics, and related disciplines to gain useful knowledge about the work of a large International Organization, have interviews with Bank employees, and learn about the set of skills and tools the IT security professional should possess.

For young and talented auditors, UKRSIBBANK had held Audit Champ, after which the best ones were able to receive a job offer. Also, UKRSIBBANK experts constantly cooperate with AIESEC youth. For example, one of these initiatives was the Youth Speak Forum, where еру Bank representatives talked about emotional intelligence, financial literacy and how to manage one’s own funds.

Being a stable partner means adapting to the realities and changing according to the needs of the modern world. Talented young people help us in this, they have enormous potential being the drivers of change. Young people inspire us to create educational projects and programs.
