UKRSIBBANK introduces online salary accounts activation in terms of customers’ safety

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group has introduced a new approach to activating the client’s salary account. Now customers do not need to visit the bank, all the necessary procedures can be done remotely in the UKRSIB online application.

The new approach to online onboarding of clients in the framework of salary projects has launched a relevant service for customers, based on the safety aspects. UKRSIBBANK has always made safety and convenience top priorities of the banking services, Volodymyr Shevchenko, Head of Retail Department of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group said.

After successful online activation customers can use all the benefits of UKRSIBBANK financial services and use their card both online in the Internet and offline in the markets via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay.

To activate the salary account new customers must perform the following steps:

  • Download the UKRSIB application online.
  • Choose “I want to become a client of the Bank”.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

To activate the salary account regular customers must perform the following steps:

  • Write a message in the chat application UKRSIB online.
  • Inform about the need to activate the salary account.

After successful online onboarding, UKRSIBBANK employees will contact the client in the UKRSIB online chat and help to issue a virtual card. The whole procedure will take up to 2 days for new clients and up to 1 day for the regular ones!

The service is available for clients – residents of Ukraine, aged over 18 with a passport and identification code, as well as records in the credit bureau (for new clients).
