UKRSIBBANK obtains “Top Employers Europe 2020” as part of BNP Paribas Group

BNP Paribas has been awarded Top Employers Europe certification for the seventh year in a row, with certification in eight countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Ukraine and Turkey.

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group completes a number of BNP Paribas presence countries that have been awarded the Top Employers Europe 2020 certification.

BNP Paribas obtained the prestigious Top Employers Europe 2020 certification for outstanding employee conditions. The Group attaches enormous importance to its employees and their working environment, which is constantly being adapted in line with cultural, societal and generational changes. The certification also highlights the Group’s strong corporate culture, excellent employee career management and succession planning, performance management strategy and strong leadership development.

Under the process applied by the Top Employers Institute, participating companies must meet very strict criteria in order to be certified. Only companies certified in a minimum of five European countries will be awarded the special recognition of Top Employer Europe 2020.
